ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lot 27 conveyed to the City of Riverside, a Municipal corporation, in Grant Deed recorded February 5, 1973 as Instrument No. 1973-15527 of Official Records. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of Lots 27 and 28 conveyed to the City of Riverside, a municipal corporation, in Grant Deed recorded February 21, 1975 as Instrument No. 1975-20936 of Official Records.
