BEGINNING at an iron pin, being a common corner with the southwesterly corner of Lot No. 8 of said Yahweh Acres; thence with a common line of Lot No. 8, N. 10 52' E. 140.04 feet to an iron pin in the southerly edge of a 40 foot street right of way; thence along said 40 foot right of way with two (2) lines N. 66 23' W. 120.00 feet to an iron pin; thence S. 23 47' W. 131.27 feet to iron pin; thence S. 64 22' 20" E. 151.36 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.4 acres, more or less, and to be known as Lot No. Ten (10) of Yahweh Acres as shown upon the plat entitled "Plat of Lot No. 10 Yahweh Acres, Union Distr., Harrison County, West Virginia", which plat is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Harrison County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 1154, at page 1134.
