Wilkins; thence with Wilkins' south line south 86 degrees 20 minutes east a distance of 218.18 feet to an iron pin on the west line of Willie Arnold; thence with Arnold's west line south 4 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 28.76 feet to an iron pin at the northeast corner of James Barnette; thence with Barnette and William Moore's north line north 86 degrees 45 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 99.56 feet to an iron pin at Moore's northwest corner; thence with Moore's west line south 4 degrees 36 minutes 19 west a distance of 20 feet to an iron pin at the northeast corner of Ladd; thence with Ladd's north line north 86 degrees 05 minutes 17 seconds west a distance of 118.50 feet to the point of beginning.
