Lot number ONE (1) Block number Nine (9) as shown on REPLAT of Jarrett Subdivision of lands located in South half of Section 22, Township 17N Range 30E (and shown on Totten's Map of Phenix City, Alabama as Lot 1 in Block 9). Said lot fronts 50 feet on West side of South 17th Avenue. The North line of said Lot is 132.2 feet and the South line of said Lot Is 128.5 feet; situated, lying and being in Phenix City, Russell County, Alabama. ALSO, that certain parcel of land 25 feet, more or less, in width and 134.05 feet, more or less, in length situated parallel with and contiguous to the Northerly boundary line of above described LOT NUMBER ONE (1) BLOCK NUMBER NINE (9) according to Totten's Map on file in Probate Office of Russell County, Alabama, hereby conveyed, being the Southerly one-half (1/2) of that portion of that part of former Lincoln Street contiguous to said Northerly boundary line of said LOT NUMBER (1) BLOCK NINE (9), which said part of the Board of Commissioner of the City of Phenix City, Alabama considered and ordered on the 9th day of May, 1972, which said Resolution is recorded in Deed Record Volume 496 at Page 618 In the Probate Office of Russell County, Alabama.
