A part of Lot 3 of Fractional Section 7, Township 9 South, Range 5 East, Marshall County, Alabama, being more particularly described as commencing at a stone corner found at the Southwest Corner of said Lot 3, then North 08°04'05"E a distance of 957.70 feet to an axle found on the East right-of-way of Kuykendall Road, the point of beginning. Then from the point of beginning and along said right-of-way along a curve to the left and having a radius of 3191.12 feet, an arc length of 104.34 feet and a chord bearing and distance of N17°04'51"W 104.34 feet to an iron set (this iron and all other irons referred to as “set” is a 1/2 inch diameter rebar with a yellow plastic cap stamped Allen PLS 31826). Then continue along said right-of-way N18°34'35"W a distance of 161.08 feet to an iron set. Then continue along said right-of-way along a curve to the right having a radius of 946.04 feet, an arc length of 115.05 feet and a chord bearing and distance of N13°23'27"W 114.98 feet to an iron set. Then leaving said right-of-way S89°35'23"E a distance of 191.75 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter rebar found. Then S12°54'20"W a distance of 373.31 feet to the point of beginning.
