BEGINNING at a point in the center of Jesse Patterson Road, said point being Murray Turner's southeast corner as described in ORBV 76 page789 and being the northwest corner of this parcel; runs thence South 04 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East with said road 140.67 feet; thence South 85 degrees 25 minutes 35 seconds West, a new course through the Moffatt property, passing an iron pin set at 25 feet and continuing, a total of 309.55 feet to an iron pin set in Moffatt's East line as described in ORBV 681 page 240, thence North 04 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West with Moffatt's East line 140.67 feet to a found iron pin in Turner's South line; thence North 86 degrees 32 minutes 46 seconds East with said South line, passing an iron pin set 284.66 feet and containing, a total of 309.66 feet to the beginning, containing 1.00 acres more or less including the right-of-way of Jesse Patterson Road and being subject to any right-of-way, restrictions or easements of record, per survey of Robert Dodd, RLS #1068, and dated January 9, 2007.
