Sixty-three (63) and Sixty-four (64) of Bermuda Colony, a Subdivision in said Dimmit County, according to the map or plat thereof duly recorded in Volume 13, Page 372 of the Deed Records of Dimmit County, Texas as described in Deed to Barbara Lubbock recorded in Volume 222, Page 38 said Deed Records, and being part of Tract No. Fifty (50) of said subdivision as described in Deed to  Barbara L. Lubbock as recorded in Volume 232, Page 68 of said Deed Records and being part of Tract No. Forty-Nine (49) of said subdivision as described in Deed to Barbara Lee Lubbock as recorded in Volume 218, Page 98 of said Deed Records, and being more particularly described as follows and in survey attached as Exhibit “A”:  BEGINNING for the Southeast corner of the herein described tract at a found 5/8 inch iron rod at the  intersection of the South line of said Tract No. 64 and the occupied West line of Brundage Steak House Road, from which the Southeast corner of said Tract No. 64 bears South 88 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds East, a distance of 30.07 feet;
THENCE, North 88 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds West, with the South line of said Tract Nos. 64 and 63, a distance of 660.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod With a yellow cap stamped 5926 for the Southwest corner of the herein described tract; THENCE, North 00 degrees 17 minutes 01 seconds East, a distance of 1320.12 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with a yellow cap stamped 5926 for the Northwest corner of the herein described tract; THENCE, South 88 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds East, a distance of 660.00 feet to a set 5/8 inch iron rod with a yellow cap stamped 5926 in the occupied West line of said read for the Northeast corner of the herein described tract; THENCE, South 00 degrees 17 minutes 01 seconds West, along the occupied West line of said road, a  distance of 1320.12 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 20.000 acres of land, more or less.
