Parcel 1: All of Lot No. 16 of Manora Estates Subdivision #2, a map or plat of said subdivision being of record in Plat Book 10 at Page 43 in the Probate Office of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama; reference to the record of said map or plat is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description. Parcel 2: North Half of Lot 15 of Manora Estates No. 2, a plat of which subdivision is recorded in Plat Book 10 at Page 43 in the Probate Office aforesaid, being more particularly described as follows: As a starting point, start at the Southeast corner of said Lot 15; thence run in a Northerly direction along the East boundary of said Lot 15 for a distance of 65.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence with a deflection angle of 96° 32" to the left, run in a Northwesterly direction for a distance of 170.24 feet to a point on the West boundary of said Lot 15; thence with an interior angle of 117° 12' run in a Northwesterly direction for a distance of 54.81 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 15; thence Eastwardly and along the North boundary of said Lot 15 for a distance of 197.76 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 15; thence Southwardly along the West boundary of an existing 50 ft. right-of-way for a distance of 65.0 feet to the point of beginning.
