A parcel in the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 3, Township 17 South, Range 3 East in St. Clair County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows: Commence at an existing one inch pipe at the southeast corner of said quarter-quarter section and run North 00 degrees 10 minutes 05 seconds West along thence east line of said quarter-quarter section for 99.37 feet to an existing 3/4 inch pipe at the point of beginning; thence continue North 00 degrees 10 minutes 05 seconds West along said east line for 329.32 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set on the south right of way of Coleman Street (40' right of way), thence south 88 degrees 54 minutes 25 seconds West along said south right of way for 340.22 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set on the east right of way of Wolf Creek Road South (90' right of way), thence South 18 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West along said east right of way for 65.67 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set at the P.C. of a right of way curve to the right (Radius = 763,75 feet, Delta = 08 degrees 52 minutes 54 seconds, Chord = South 23 degrees 21 minutes 25 seconds West 118.27 feet), thence run in a southwesterly direction along the arc of said curve for 118.39 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar set on the east right of way of Kay Street (40' right of way), thence South 14 degrees 55 minutes 40 seconds East along the east right of way of Kay Street for 129.27 feet to an existing 5/8 inch rebar, thence (leaving right of way) run South 85 degrees 51 minutes 55 seconds East for 377.05 feet to the point of beginning.
